جهد المؤلف أن يلتزم بالأهداف العامة التي تقوم عليها مادة "نماذج من التطبيق اللغوي المتكامل" من حيث تدريب الدارسين من أبنائنا وبناتنا على تحليل النصوص تحليلاً يتّسم بالتفصيل والشمول، يستثمر فيه الدارسون معرفتهم اللغوية وأدواتهم المنهجية، كما سعينا إلى تجسيد طريقة في التطبيق اللغوي المتكامل تمكّن الدارس من تمثّل الهيكل المنهجي لتحليل النص العربي تحليلاً لغوياً.
وقد سعى جاهداً أن نبسط هذه النصوص من جميع جوانبها بدءاً بتلمّس معاني المفردات اللغوية من المعجم المتيسر، بحيث يكون المعنى قريباً من عصر النصّ وينسجم مع السياق العام له، وتحليل النص تحليلاً أدبياً لا يقوم على تفتيت وحدة النصّ إن كان شعراً أو تجزئته إن كان نثراً، مبتعدين عن الطريقة التقليدية التي تفرد كلّ فقرة أو بيت شعر بشرح مستقل.
