وموضوع هذا الكتيب هو "قانون الإجراءات الجنائية المعدل بالقانونين رقمي 74/ 2007 و153/ 2007" ويتضمن الأصول التشريعية الكاملة لقانون الإجراءات الجنائية رقم 150 لسنة 1950 المعدل بالقوانين أرقام 153 /2007، 74 /2007، 95/ 2003، 174/ 1998، 80/ 1997 معلقًا عليها بالتعديلات المختلفة وأحكام المحكمة الدستورية العليا ونصوص القانون 57/ 1959 بشأن حالات وإجراءات الطعن أمام محكمة النقض المعدل بالقانونين 74/ 2007 و153/ 2007 وتعديلاته المختلفة، وقرار رئيس الجمهورية رقم 162/ 1958 المعدل والكتاب ملحق به فهارس أربعة هي الفهرس المقارن والفهرس الأبجدي والفهرس التاريخي والفهرس الموضوعي وغيرها.
