يتضمن هذا الكتاب: أولًا: القانون رقم 150/ 1950 بشأن الإجراءات الجنائية المعدل بالقوانين أرقام 74/ 2007 و53/ 2007 و71/ 2009 معلقًا عليها بالتعديلات المختلفة والتشريعات المعدلة والمرتبطة والمتصلة به وأحكام المحكمة الدستورية العليا، ثانيًا: قرار وزير العدل رقم 4991 لسنة 2012 بشأن منح صفة الضبطية القضائية لضباط صف المخابرات الحربية والشرطة العسكرية الذين يمنحون سلطة الضبط القضائي من وزير العدل على المدنيين في بعض الجرائم المنصوص عليها في قانون العقوبات، ثالثًا: قانون رقم 57 لسنة 1959 بشأن حالات وإجراءات الطعن بالنقض المعدل بالقانونين رقمي 74/ 2007 و53/ 2007، رابعًا: التعليق على قانون الطوارئ رقم 162 لسنة 1958 والقوانين المكملة له والكتاب الدوري للنائب العام رقم (2) لسنة 2012 بشأن إنهاء تطبيق أحكام قانون الطوارئ وقرار وزير العدل رقم 8116 لسنة 2007 بإصدار الجدول الاسترشادي لأتعاب المحامين المنتدبين، خامسًا: أربعة فهارس متنوعة وهي: الفهرس المقارن والفهرس الأبجدي التحليلي والفهرس التاريخي والفهرس الموضوعي لقانون الإجراءات الجنائية وتعديلاته وغيرها.
