Book Description
منذ الأربعينات من القرن العشرين، رسخت القصة القصيرة نفسها كجنس أدبي شعبي جداً في الأدب الإندونيسي الحديث,
وربما كان هناك سبب عملي لنمو الاهتمام في كتابة القصة القصيرة. إن العائدات المالية من الكتابة ليست كبيرة، ولكن الطلب الكبير على القصص من قبل الصحافة الشعبية يوفر حافزاً مالياً للكتاب. في المدن، فإن القصص القصيرة تتكاثر في المجالات الشعبية والصحف وخاصة في أيام الأحد وفي المجلة الأدبية.
وبين يدينا ترجمة لبعض القصص المختارة من الأدب الأندلسي والمكتوبة في الثمانينات وبداية التسعينات من القرن العشرين، وهي تمثل أكبر عدد ممكن من نماذج الكتابة الإندونيسية، ونقدم أعمالاً لكتاب من مختلف أنحاء الأرخبيل، نساء ورجالاً.
بعض هذه القصص هي من تأليف كتاب معروفين مثل "بوتو ويجايا"، "بودي دارما"، "ن.هـ.ديني" و"ساتياغراها هويريب"، ولكن معظمها من تأليف جيل أصغر من الكتاب يضعون سمتهم الآن على المشهد الأدبي الإندونيسي. كان هناك هدف آخر لاختياري هو تحديد وتقديم عمل بعض الكتاب الشباب. وكما نستطيع أن نرى من اللمحة عن حياة الكاتب التي ترافق كل قصة، فإن المؤلفين شديدو التنوع في البراعات ويبدعون في عدد من الأجناس الأدبية.
لا يوجد أساس واحد لمواضيع هذه المجموعة واختار المترجمة هو محض انعكاس لذوقها الشخصي، أي أنها قصص قرأتها وأحبتها، وشعرت أن لها ميزة أدبية، كما أنها تحكي للقارئ شيئاً عن التجارب الحياتية ومشاغل عدد من الشخصيات المتنوعة في المجتمع الإندونيسي المعاصر. معظم القصص تتميز بالواقعية، وإن نحا بعضها نحو الفانتازيا، كما أن معظمها نابع من الصراع الفعلي أو المجازي. وقد يكون هذا صراعاً ضمن الفرد، أو بين الأفراد أو بين الأفراد والمجتمع.
