نعم الله التي أسبغها علي الإنسان منذ خلقه لا تعد ولا تحصي،فهي علي كل شكل ولن تري بالعين وتسمع بالأذن وتشعر بالقلوب المؤمنة السليمة والحديث عنها لا ينتهي والحمد والثناء لا يفي حق منعمها وفي واحدة من هذه النعم جاء هذا الكتاب النعمة التي جاءت للسكان الأرض قاطبة إلي يوم الدين وأضاءات الأرض منذ مجيئها بنور الحق والرحمة إنه الصادق الأمين المرسل رحمة للعالمين صلوات الله عليه وعلي آله أجمعين المصطفي صلي الله عليه وسلم الذي جمع القاضي عياض صفحاته هذه في محاولة للتعريف بحقوق المصطفي صلي الله عليه وسلم وقد قسمه إلي اربعة أقسام كان أولها عن التعظيم للنبي الخاتم صلي الله عليه وسلم من قبل رب العالمين والثاني فيما علي الناس عن واجبات نحوه عليه السلام والثالث بما يجوز عليه شرعا وما لايجوز وأخيرا القسم الرابع في بيان الأحكام علي من لم يعرف بقدر حق قدره وتعدي أو أنقص منه.
