حملت نافذة الفتاوى التابعة لموقع الإسلام اليوم على عاتقها الإجابة عن أسئلة الإخوة المسلمين، والتي تصل إليها بلهفة الظمآن من أصقاع الأرض، باحثة عن الهدى والنور، ومستفتية طالبة معرفة الحق في العبادات والمعاملات اليومية مما يعرض للمسلم في حياته.
ولأجل تحقيق هذا الهدف الجليل فقد نشط القائمون على نافذة الفتاوى لاستكتاب جمع كبير من المشايخ الفضلاء من العلماء،والقضاة، وأساتذة الجامعات في شتى التخصصات الشرعية، طلباً للتعاون على البر والتقوى من إفتاء وتعليم للناس الخير عبر هذا المجال الإعلامي المتسارع.
وكان ممن عرض عليهم التعاون في ذلك الشيخ الدكتور "عبد الرحمن بن فايع الجرعي" فتقبل الدعوة بقول حسن، وأخذ يجيب عما ورد من أسئلة طبية طرحت عليه بأسلوب مبسط دقيق الرد مدعم بالآيات القرآنية والأحاديث النبوية الشريفة وأقوال دور رجال الحديث وهكذا تجمع لديه منها ثروة ثمينة، جديرة بالحفظ والعناية، ولتعميم العناية بها فقد جمع في هذا الكتاب عدداً من إجاباته. وسيرى من يطالع هذه الإجابات مقدراً ما تميز به جهد الشيخ من تحرير، وتحبير، وحسن عرض، ورسوخ في العلم، ومقدار ما كان يوليه لأسئلة السائلين من اهتمام وعناية فائقة.
وفيما يلي ذكر لبعض ما سئل عنه الشيخ من فتاوى: ما حكم إجراء عملية للأنف وتصغيره ما حكم رفع ألأجهزة التي تقطع على المريض المتوفي دماغياً مما يؤدي في الغالب إلى وفاته؟ هل هناك فتوى صادرة بذلك عن مجمع فقهي تجتمع فيه هيئة طبية مع هيئة شهية، بحث مستوفي فيه جميع الجوانب المتعلقة بهذا الموضوع؟ ما هي الضوابط الشرعية للجراحة التجميلية؟ هل يجوز استعمال الشامبوهات لغسل الشعر والبدن؟ علماً بأن هذه الشامبوهات تحتوي على نسبة من الكحول في تركيبتها؟ هل يجوز الذهاب إلى الطبيب من أجل إزالة شعر الذقن ولا ينكشف إلا المراد إزالته فقط؟ هل يجوز ثقب الأنف؟ هل يجوز استخدام جوزة الطيب في الطعان انطلاقا من فكرة تصنيف البعض لها من ضمن المخدرات الطبيعية.
