Book Description
مختصر القُدوري هو نص يلخص أحكام الفقه وفقاً للمذهب الحنفي، وهو أحد أول وأهم الأعمال في هذا المجال. وقد ذاع صيته بين فقهاء المذهب الحنفي حتى أصبحوا يشيرون إليه ببساطة باسم الكتاب. يَحمِل العمل اسم مؤلفه، وهو الفقيه المحدِّث أبو الحسين أحمد بن محمد القُدوري (972 أو 973-1037)، الذي كان شيخ الحنفية في العراق في عصره. كُتب حوالي 15 شرحاً على المختصر، بما في ذلك الجوهرة النيّرة، التي يظهر الجزء الأول منها هنا، وكاتب الشرح هو أبو بكر بن علي الحداد (توفي عام 1397 أو 1398)، وهو فقيه حنفي آخر من اليمن. يَتْبع الشرح نظام تقسيم القُدوري لمختصره إلى كتب ينقسم بعضها بدوره إلى فصول. يتناول هذا الجزء الأول من الشرح، في ترتيب تعاقبي، كتب الطهارة والصلاة والزكاة والصوم والحج. هناك بيانات نسخ أخرى كُتبت لاحقاً تنص على أنه " تمّ كتاب البُيوع"، إلا أن كتاب البيوع لم يُضمّن هنا، على الرغم من أنه عادة ما يلي كتاب الحج مباشرةً.
