Book Description
يتعرض الإنسان منذ ولادته، وكذلك المنشآت لمخاطر مختلفة تتمثل بعدم المعرفة المسبقة لنتائج القرار المتخذ، حيث يترتب على وقوع هذه المخاطر خسائر مادية أو معنوية او الإثنتين معاً.
الأمر الذي حتَّم إيجاد أساليب فعَّالة لإدارة هذه المخاطر بدلاً من أسلوب تجنب الخطر الذي لا يمكن الإعتماد عليه لإدارة مختلف المخاطر التي تواجه المنشأة، وذلك بإعتباره يقتضي الإبتعاد عن المخاطر ومسبباتها أي القرار بعدم إتخاذ القرار، وهذا بالطبع يتعارض وعالم الأعمال المليء بالمخاطر لدرجة تسمح لنا بالقول إنه لا يوجد على الإطلاق أيُّ نشاط في عالم الأعمال بدون مخاطرة، ولكن درجة المخاطرة تختلف من نشاط إلى آخر بإختلاف العائد المتوقع من هذا النشاط أو ذاك.
وتعدُّ المخاطرة الإنتمائية واحدةً من أهم المخاطر التي تهدد المنشأة سواءً كان ذلك بالنسبة للمنشأة المقرضة أو المنشأة المقترضة، وذلك لأن عدم إتخاذ القرار الإنتمائي بشكل رشيد قد يؤدي إلى وقوع المخاطرة الإنتمائية.
وبالتالي فشل المنشأة مالياً وما قد يترتب على ذلك من إفلاس غيره، وتتمثل المخاطر الإنتمائية بالنسبة للمنشأة المقرضة بعدم السداد أو التأخر بسداد العميل للإلتزامات المترتبة عليه إتجاه المقرض نتيجة حصوله على إئتمان بقيمة معينة.
لا يمكن للدائن (المنشأة مقدمة الإئتمان) الإكتفاء بأخذ ضمانات معينة تغطي قيمة الإئتمان، لأن ذلك لا يزيل الخطر بشكل كلي بالنسبة للمنشأة المقرضة، وبالتالي كان لزاماً عليها البحث عن أساليب أخرى لإدارة المخاطر الإنتمائية مثل التأمين، التنويع وعدم التركز، تكوين مؤونات ومخصصات... إلخ.
ولا يقتصر أثر المخاطر الإنتمائية على المنشأة مقدمة الإئتمان فقط، وإنما يمتد ليطال أيضاً المنشأة المقترضة، حيث إن عدم وفاء المنشأة المقرضة بوعودها أو عدم قدرتها على تقديم الإئتمان المتفق عليه سيترتب عليه خسائر قد تكون كبيرة تؤدي بحياة المنشأة المقترضة، وبالتالي فإن المنشأة المقترضة تبحث أيضاً عن أساليب تمكنها من إدارة المخاطر الإنتمائية، ولعلَّ أهم هذه الأساليب قيام هذه المنشأة بتنويع مصادر الإئتمان بدلاً من التركيز على مصدر إنتمائي واحد.
