يرى البعض أن جوهر العولمة يتمثل فى سهولة حركة البشر والمعلومات والسلع والموال بين الدول، وكذلك الموارد الأنشطة التى تنتشر عبر الحدود هذه الرؤية من شأنها خلق مفهوم يمكن أن نطلق عليه " الدولة العالمية" هذه الدولة تحولت فيها الدول غلى مقاطعات داخل نظام كونى متفاعل له سيطرته وله قواعده التى لا يمكن لأحد ان يتخطاها وعلى الرغم من تحفظ البعض فى الانضمام الى هذه الدولة خوفا من استلاب سيادته أو لعدم مقدرته نتيجة اختلافه الهيكلى مع متطلبات هذا الندماج إلا اننا فى النهاية نجد أنفسنا مطالبين بالاندماج وحتى لانهمش رغبة فى تعظيم الاستفادة من الفرص المتاحة خلال العولمة مع حقنا فى المحافظة على هويتنا الوطنية وتعميق ولائنا وانتمائنا لمصرنا العزيزة.
