تضم الدراسة تحضير جالكونين يحملان مجموعة فنيل أمين واحده ( 1 ) أو اثنين ( 2 ) ، من تكاثف كليزن – شمدت ، ثم حضرت بعض المركبات الحلقية غير المتجانسة منهما ، وهي :
3- , 5 ثنائي ( امينوفنيل ) 2 – بايرازولين ( 3,9 )
-3 , 5 ثنائي ( أمينوفنيل ) 1- فنيل 2- - بايرازولين ( 4 , 10 )
- 3 , 5 ثنائي ( أمينوفنيل ) 1 - - بايرازولين ( 7-5 , 13-11 )
- 4 , 6 ثنائي ( أمينوفنيل ) – 3 , 4 ثنائي هايدروبرمدين 2- - اون / ثايون ( 14-15 ) .
وبنمطي تحفيز حراري وبالموجات فوق الصوتية .
تم تحويل مشتقات الفنيل أمين المحضره ( 7-3 , 15-9 ) إلى N – معوض حوامض الماليئاميك المقابلة ( 28-16 ) , ثم حولت الأخيرة إلى N – معوض مالئيمايد المقابلة ( 41-29 ) بكفاءة عالية .
حضرت البوليمرات المتجانسة المقابلة ( 54 – 42 ) للمالئيمايدات ببلمرة الأخيرة بالجذور الحرة وكذلك تم تحضير اليوليمرات المشتركة ( 104 – 55 ) مع خلات الفاينيل والاكريل امايد و الاليل بنزين و المالئيمايد ( 33 – 31 ) .
وتم تشخيص التراكيب باستخدام مطيافية UV كدراسة مقارنة و IR وكذلك 1H – NMR للمركبات المحضرة ، مع التتبع بواسطة TLC، والدعم بالدراسة النظرية لحرارة التكوين للمركبات الوسطية والنهائية .
وقد تم دراسة الإستقرارية النسبية للمركبات ( 12 – 9 ) المحضره طيفياً في الضوء والظلام مع الزمن ، وكذلك دراسة اختبار الفعالية البيولوجية لبعض المشتقات المحضرة ضد أربعة أنواع من الجراثيم المرضية والمعروفة بمقاومتها للمضادات الحيوية .
