إن منظومة "ضوء المصباح في أحكام النكاح" -على وجازتها- تعد كتاباً مفيداً فريداً في بابه -أي: باب النكاح- وهي إحدى المنظومات التي اعتنى بها كثير من الشيوخ علماء حضرموت وحرصوا على حفظها وقراءتها ونشرها وتدريسها في مدارسهم ومعاهدهم، كما أنهم كانوا يوصون بذلك.
ومن ثم اهتم الناظم، عبد الله بن أحمد باسودان بشأنها فعمل لها شرحاً مطولاً لم يتممه ووعد أن يضيف إليه أشياء ضرورية، تكميلاً لفوائده، ولما وجد عمله مطولاً... قام بوضع شرح وجيز قيم عليها، وسماه: "زيتونة الإلقاح في شرح ضوء المصباح"، وهو الذي يقدم اليوم مع منظومة "ضوء المصباح"، ومع شرحها الآخر المختصر المسمّى: "منح الفتاح" "للإمام العلامة الباجوري المصري" إلى القارىء ليكونا في متناول أكبر عدد ممكن من القراء وطلاب ورواده. وكفى المنظوم وشرحها: زيتونة الإلقاح "شرحاً ومكانة"... أن المؤلف يعد من مشاهير العلماء الذين تخرجوا على أيدى الشيوخ الكبار من أمثال: الإمام عمر سقاف السقاف، ومن في طبقته من العلماء الأجلاء الأعلام.
يتناول هذا الكتاب قضية من أهم القضايا الاجتماعية، التي تنبني عليها القاعدة الأسرية، وهي قضية (النكاح) وما يعرض له من أحوال، من حيث الصحة والبطلان، ولا سيما الأمور الدقيقة التي قد تخفى على العامة، ولا يفطن لها إلا الخاصة.
ففي هذا الكتاب شرح مفصل لأحكام العلاقة الزوجية، وسبل إقامتها، وضوابط استمرارها، وفلاحها.
ولا يكون ذلك إلا بالمحافظة على توجيهات الشارع الكريم، ومعرفة كلا طرفي العلاقة الزوجية لحق صاحبه، حتى في حالة الانفصال والطلاق.
ولا شك أن أمة هذه لبنتها.. منتجة لجيل هادف، مشمِّر لإعمار الكون.. الذي استعمرنا فيه الباري عز وجل على وفق منهجه القويم، وإرشاده الحكيم.
والكتاب يرتكز على شرح قصيدة منظومة للمؤلف، عدد أبياتها (91) بيتاً.
ومعروف أن نظم الشعر أسهل في الحفظ لطلاب العلم؛ مثل: "منظومة الألفية" في النحو و"ألفية الحديث" وغيرها.
والحاصل أن هذا الكتاب لا يستغني عنه طالب العلم، والراغب في الزواج.
وإن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: "تناكحوا تكاثروا؛ فإني أباهي بكم الأمم يوم القيامة".
ومعلوم من الدين بالضرورة أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لن يباهي الأمم، بناس عصاة، ولا برعاع من الخلق.. وإنما يباهي بأمة مستقيمة على الحق متعلمة، قامت منذ نشأتها الأولى على العلم.
وأولى خطوات العلم المطلوبة في هذا المضمار.. هو العلم بأمور الأسرة من الداخل.. من خصوصيات الزوج والزوجة.. ومنهما ينعكس ذلك بالإيجاب والسلب على الأطفال.. الذين سيصبحون فيما بعد رجالاً في هذه الأمة.
وعليه: فمن كتابنا هذا وأمثاله.. نستجلي المباهاة التي سيباهي بها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم الأمم يوم القيامة.
