أما القسم الثاني فجاء بعنوان: من أعلام الساميين في التراث الإغريقي –الروماني وفيه يمر على حضارة البابليون، الساميين الغربيين، سوريا الرومانية، وفينيقيا الكنعانية، وأبرز قادة هذه المرحلة.
كل ذلك يجيء من خلال قراءة لأهم الكتب والنظريات الصادرة في تاريخ الشعوب، وأهم منظريها، ومفكريها نجدها مفصلة في هذا الكتاب.
وأخيراً يكتشف الكاتب من خلال الوقائع التاريخية المنشورة في هذا الكتاب، وجود فصلين مختلفين من الشعوب التي حكمت سيرة التاريخ في زمن هذه الوقائع "فصيل يتقبل الآخرين مع كراماتهم، ويعمل لكسب صداقتهم والتعاون معهم، كما هم، دون انتقاص... وفصيل يرفض كل الآخرين، ويعمل لإلغائهم، وإن بهدر دمائهم، أو بتحويلهم إلى تابعين لا حقوق لهم ولا خصوصيات تميزهم...". وهنا يتساءل الكاتب "هل يكون الفارق بين الفصلين رتبة تطور سلالي "دارويني" بلغتها جماعات دون غيرها...! أم هو فقط حصيلة بنية ثقافية تربوية قابلة لإستيعاب جميع الناس...؟!" الإجابة فيما بين دفتي الكتاب... جدير بالإطلاع.
