وقد اعتمدنا فى هذا كله على أوثق المصادر من كتب التفسير والحديث وشروحه ومصادر الفقه، وبخاصة فيما يتعلق بالخروج على الحاكم، لأن كتب التاريخ مليئة بأقوال تحتاج الى تمحيص وتدقيق، وقد وضعنا ضوابط ومحاذير حول الخروج على الحاكم الكافر أو الجائر. أما الحاكم العدل فيحرم الخروج عليه قولا واحداً.
