يندرج هذا الإصدار "الكلمة الحرة في إيران والثورة" للكميت الصغير تحت عنوان "شعر الولاء" الولاء لمحمد وآل محمد وأولياء آل محمد عليهم السلام، ومنهم الإمام الخميني الراحل، والإمام الخامنائي الولي الفقيه، وذلك على قاعدة "إجعلوا الولاء خالصاً لمحمد وآل محمد"، ولذلك يحفل هذا الديوان بكل القصائد المتمحضة في الثورة الإسلامية وفي غيران ورموزهما، وقد قسّمه مؤلفه إلى قسمين؛ القسم الأول منهما هو "توغلات ماخرة" أدرج فيه كل القصائد الثورية في إيران والقسم الثاني هو "إطلالات عابرة" وأدرج فيه قصائد خاصة برموز إيران الدينية والسياسية معاً.
في القراءة الأولية لقصائد الديوان يجد المتلقي أن هناك تسجيلية للحدث السياسي الواقعي في إيران تتابعه القصائد منذ بدايتها حتى النهاية، لتتحول الشخصية المستدعاة إلى رمز يتخطى حدود إيران إلى العالم، على اعتبار أنها شخصية دعوية وخاصة عند الحديث عن شخصية القائد للثورة الإسلامية في إيران التي اتصفت بالثورية والنضال والمقاومة على اختلاف مراحل حياتها، وبما اتصفت به أيضاً بنضالها الكبير ونصرتها للفقراء والمستضعفين. هذا بالإضافة إلى قصائد تُعنى بمناسبات مختلفة مثل رحيل الأئمة ويوم عاشوراء وأعياد الثورة، وفكر اللطم والبكاء، وإشراقات وأشعار إجتماعية ذات صلة.
