أخيراً يتحقق حلم الكثيرين ويطبع كتاب " تذكرة الأولياء" لفريد الدين العطار صاحب كتاب" منطق الطير" الذى صدر منذ فترة وجيزة وكتاب " تذكرة الأولياء" وضعه مؤلفه فى شرح أحوال ومقامات عدد كبير من الأولياء ومشايخ الصوفية . ويتمتع هذا الكتاب بأهمية كبرى لأنه يكشف لنا عن أنه هو المؤلف النثرى الوحيد المعروف لفريد الدين العطار والذى يمكن من خلاله معرفة خصائص أسلوبه النثرى والتى ربما تقابل بهذا الكتاب خصائص أسلوبه الشعرى كشاعر كبير معروف كما يعد تذكرة الأولياء من أقدم المؤلفات الفارسية التى اختصت بتراجم شيوخ الصوفية الكبار، وكذلك يمكن من خلاله التعرف على أصول علم التصوف ومبادئه ومفاهيمة الصوفية ومشاربهم، ولطائفهم ، واصطلاحاتهم وبالرغم من أهمية هذا الكتاب كمرجع أصيل فى تراجم الأئمة من كبار الصوفية فإنه لم يطبع بالعربية حتى الآن! وهذه هى أول ترجمة له تطبع فى مصر والعالم العربى وقد بذلت المترجمة جهداً كبيراً فى الحفاظ على روح النص الفارسى الأصلى فضلا عن دراستها العلمية التى تقدمت هذه الترجمة الجيدة.
