ومن وحي هذا الحنين اللاهب اندلعت فكرة هذا الكتاب، التي تدحرجت كثيراً حتى استقرّت على هذا النحو الذي يسعى إلى إحياء الذاكرة عبر أجمل ما فيها؛ ألعاب الطفولة وأغانيها التي أودّ أن تظل محفوظة في ذاكرة الأجيال، لأنها عنوانُ تاريخ من البراءة والحب والجمال.
هذه الألعاب الممزوجة بالأغنيات جزء حميم من ذاكرتي وذاكرة أجيال عديدة، ليس في الأردن وحسب، بل في بلاد الشام عموماً، وبلاد أخرى يمارس أطفالُها هذه الألعاب، ويرددون أيضاً الأغنيات التي تتخلّلها بقوالب متنوعة. وإذا كان هذا الكتاب موجّهاً للصغار، فإنه يصلح أيضاً للكبار الذين أرجو أن يتأملوا طفولتهم ويستعيدوا قبساً منها وهم يطلّون على ألعاب الزمن البهيّ وأغانيه.
وما دمتُ مغتربة، سيبقى دائماً عندي حنين، وسأعرف «لَمين»، وكيف يخطفني، وإلى أين!
