وقد صدر الكتاب باللغة العربية لأنها من أغنى اللغات وتستوعب كافة العلوم كما قام المؤلف بشرح الموضوعات وخطوات إجراء التجارب المعملية باللغة العربية حتى يتسنى للقارئ العربي فهم الموضوعات واستيعابها مع الإحتفاظ بكتابة المعادلات والعلاقات بالأحروف والرموز اللاتينية التي اتفق العالم كله عليها في المؤتمر التاسع للتجمع العالمي لميكانيكا التربة وهندسة الأساسات في طوكيو. أما الأمثلة والمسائل فقدمت باللغة الإنجليزية وكذلك المصطلحات حتى يتعرف القارئ على المصطلحات والتعبيرات العلمية الجنبية لهذا العلم والتي تمكنه من الإطلاع على المراجع العالمية.
