يمثّل شعر حسن جعفر نور الدّين تجربةً شعريَةً ذات أثر مهمّ وفاعل ضمن حركيّة الشّعر العربيّ الحداثويّ، إذ يستند إلى ملامح خاصّة ومتفردّة، أي ألى أسلوبيّة ميّزت نصّه الشّعريّ، وهذا يفتح المجال واسعاً لدراسة أسلوبيّة فيه.
من هنا، كان ديوانه "في فلسطينَ لا تنامُ السّماء"، قد تمّ إختياره ليكون محلّ الفحص الأسلوبيّ، مدركين أنّ التّجربةَ الشّعريّةَ في أساسها تجربَةُ لغة؛ فالشّعر هو الإستخدام الفنّيّ للطّاقات الحسّيّة والعقليّة والنّفسيّة والصّوتيّة للّغة، وهو بناءٌ لغويٌّ مميّزٌ ينبني على تفجير طاقتها، ويجعلها تضيفُ إلى نفسها ومن داخلها، عنصراً آخر، هو الإيقاع الّذي يُسهمُ بدوره في شَحْن الدّفقة الشّعريّة، تبعاً لحالة الشّاعر الشّعوريّة الإنفعاليّة.
تتّكئُ هذه الدّراسةُ النّقديّةُ الّتي تتّخذ من البُنى الأسلوبيّة في النّصّ الشّعريّ مادّة في منهجيّتها، على تصوّرٍ يرى أنّ في النّصّ جانبَيْن دائمَيْ التّفاعل، هما: جانب اللّغة وجانب الجمال، لتعملَ على إظهار العلاقة الّتي تربط بين الوظائف اللّغويّة والوظائف الجماليّة في النّصّ، ووصولاً إلى ذلك، تنظرُ هذه الدّراسة إلى النّصّ بوصفه نصّاً ذا وظائف متعدّدة، وتحسّبُ أنّ لكلّ عنصر لغويّ وظيفة يؤدّيها في إطار سياقه، فتبحث عمّا تؤدّيه العناصر اللّغويّة من أغراض داخل السّياق وما تحقّقه من أبعاد جماليّة.
