هذا الكتاب يبحث في أسباب تلوث القلب وسبل تصفيته بالرجوع إلى الأطباء الروحانيين الواقعيين الذين هم الأمناء الحقيقيون. فقد قام المؤلف بمراجعة العديد من الأحاديث الروايات الشريفة المنقولة عن أهل بيت العصمة والطهارة فيما يخص هذا الموضوع المهم. واستخرج منها هذه الدراسة القيمة مستفيداً بالخصوص مما نقل عن العلامة دستغيب في كتابه القيم القلب السليم.
وبعد تبويبه وتنظيم فصوله خرج بهذه الحلة التي تناسب القارئ الذي لا يجد فرصة واسعة للمطالعة والتتبع.
