يتناول هذا البحث فترة مهمة فى أهم فترات التاريخ الإسلامى عامة، وتاريخ الدولتين العباسية والسلجوقية بصفة خاصة، ألا وهى "نظم الحكم وأهم مظاهر الحضارة فى دولة الأتراك السلاجقة عصر السلاطين العظام 429ه - 475ه / 1037 - 1092م" وهذه الفترة هى العصر الذهبى للدولة السلجوقية التى أسس طغرليك فى نيسابور، والكتاب هذه رسالة ماجستير تناولت تأسيس الدولة السلجوقية، وركز فيها المؤلف على نظم الحكم والإدارة والجوانب الحضارية الهامة خاصة فترة العصر الذهبى الدولة السلجوقية، والأسس التى قامت عليها حضارة الدولة السلجوقية المستقلة بعد ذلك كسلاجقة العراق، وسلاجقة كرمان، وسلاجقة فارس، وسلاحقة آسيا الصغرى وغيرهم. جاء الفصل الأول فى هذه الدراسة كتمهيد ومدخلاً للبحث ويعالج الأموال السياسية لدولة السلاطين العظام، وتناول الفصل الثانى النظام السياسى ، والسلطنة وتعريفها، ورسوم اختيار السلطان السلجوقى وموافقة الخليفة العباسى...وعالج فى الفصل الثالث والأخير النظم الإدارية والقضائية والحربية، كما عالج فيه أيضاً النظام الحربى والجيش السلجوقى وعناصره، وتشكيلاته وأسلحته....
