Book Description
قال الإمام الزركشي في كتاب البرهان: "وقد اختلف الناس في الوارد منها –يعني المتشابهات- في الآيات والأحاديث على ثلاث فرق: أحدها: أنه لا مدخل للتأويل فيها، بل تجرى على ظاهرها، ولا نؤوَل شيئاً منها، وهم المشبَهة. الثانية: أنَ لها تأويلاً، ولكنَا نمسك عنه، مع تنزيه اعتقادنا عن الشبه والتعطيل، ونقول: لا يعلمه إلا الله. وهو قول السلف. الثالثة: أنها مؤوَلة، وأوَلوها على ما يليق به، والأوَل باطلٌ –يعني مذهب المشبَهه- والأخيران منقولان عن الصحابة".
وقد رجَح سلطان العلماء العز بن عبد السلام طريقة التأويل فقال: "طريقة التأويل بشرطها أقربها إلى الحق"، وعلَق الإمام الزبيد ي على ذلك بقوله: "يعني بشرطها: أن يكون على مقتضى لسان العرب".
وبعد فهذا جزء نفيس للإمام المحدَث الفقيه النظَار القاضي أبي الحسن ابن المنيَر السكندري المالكي، من أئمة القرن السابع الهجري، تناول فيه آيات وأحاديث من المتشابهات، وتكلَم عليها كلاماً دقيقاً، وضمَن كتابه قواعد وفوائد وأجوبة ومسائل في غاية الإفادة.
