ومن هذه التفاسير المسطورة التي خدمت القرآن الكريم، وعُنيَ بدراسته تفسير العلّامة محمد الطاهر ابن عاشور المرسوم بـِ "التحرير والتنوير"؛ الذي وقع اختيار الكاتب على دراسته في هذا البحث الذي أسماه: "الاختبارات العلمية للعلامة محمد الطاهر ابن عاشور من خلال تفسيره "التحرير والتنوير"، رغبة في التعرف على ما في كتابه من معالم التّجديد والابتكار، وما يتميز به عن باقي التفاسير قديمها وحديثها من التسديد والاختيار، وهو الذي ما برِح ينعى دَيدن السابقين في التكرار والاختصار..
