ولقد راعيت عند التعرض لتلك الموضوعات المعالجة القضائية لها بحيث يتم التعرض لأحكام محكمة النقض التى تناولت الدفع او الطلب محل البحث مع الاسترشاد بآراء الفقه الجنائي كلما أمكن ذلك ولكن كل ذلك في إطار عام هو محاولة عرض كافة الدفوع وطلبات الدفاع التى تثار امام القضاء الجنائي. ولعل تلك المحاولة تعد الأولى من نوعها في الوسط القانوني التى تعرض لكافة الدفوع وطلبات الدفاع بتلك الصورة الشاملة مع معالجة القواعد العامة للدفوع.
