La nouveaute de l'approche reside surtout dans les moyens a deployer pour sortir le liban de la vulnerabilite de certains services et des faiblesses de gestion economique et son utlite c'est principalement son adaptabilite a la realite. En effet, beaucoup de concepts, beaucoup de theories qui sont devenus des mythes ne sont pourtant pas universellement applicables.
Cette etude, que l'auteur ne pretend jamais etre complete, ouvre pourtant des perspectives qu'il est necessaire d'approfondir sur des problemes de detail mais fondamentaux.
