وفي الباب الأول تحدث عن فقه مراحل حياة المرأة فتوقف عند حياة المرأة من الولادة إلى المراهقة، إلى البلوغ بعد ذلك توقف عند خطاب التكليف للمرأة من القرآن والسنة، فتحدث عن إظهاره المرأة، وصلاتها وزكاتها وصومها وحجها، وحكم قرائها للقرآن وهي حائض ودورها في الجهاد... وفي الباب الثاني تناول نظام الأسرة في الإسلام فتحدث عن العلاقة الزوجية وآثارها من تعد النكاح الخطبة فالمهر، فالنفقة فالطلاق، فالعدة والإحداد... والحضانة من ثم ذكر حقوق المرأة فحقوق الرحل وحقهما بالاستمتاع. أما الباب الثالث فأفرده لموضوع التفرقة بين الرجل والمرأة في بعض الأحكام.
