أتطلع إلى حمل مسؤولية إدارية فما هو الأداء الأمثل؟
يغيظني بعضهم بين الحين والآخر.. أي رد هو الأفضل؟
فالبحث عن "النموذجي" و"المثالي" و"السليم" و"الأفضل" و"الأنسب" و"الأمثل" أصبح هاجس أي منا في سبيل المرتجى من حياته وفي حياته، إننا نبحث دوماً عن الأساليب التي تتيح لنا وضعيات يكون فيها النجاح بأقصى درجاته، إذ لا يمكن النجاح دون معرفة المواقع والظروف والناس حتى نحسن إدارتها جيداً ونشعر عندها بالارتياح بما نتصرف.. لأجل ذلك كان هذا الدليل إلى "الشخص المناسب"، عله يكون بمثابة قواعد ذهنية للمواقف الصعبة وخطوة نحو ذلك الإنسان العقلاني المتزن الذي تود أن يظهر فعلاً أمام أعين الناس الحقيقية.
