من المعلوم أن هذه الشريعة المكرمة تستقى أحكامها التفصيلية من الكتاب والسنة، فهما المصدران اللذان أوحى الله تعالى بهما لرسوله (صلي الله عليه وسلم) ليخرج الناس من الظلمات إلي النور كما قال عز وجل: (واذكروا نعمت الله عليكم وما أنزل عليكم من الكتاب والحكمة يعظكم به) (البقرة 231) وقال جل شأنه لنساء النبي (صلي الله عليه وسلم): (واذكرن ما يتلي في بيوتكن من ءايت الله والحكمة) (الأحزاب34)، فآيات الله تضمنها القرآن الكريم، والحكمة تتضمنتها سنة النبي (صلي الله عليه وسلم). ومن المعلوم أن الكتاب الكريم أوحاه الله تعالي لرسوله (صلي الله عليه وسلم) بلفظه ومعناه، أما السنة المطهرة فقد أوحي الله بها لرسوله معنى، ولفظها من الرسول (صلي الله عليه وسلم).
وهذه هي النعمة المسداة إلي الناس- ولكن أكثرهم لا يعلمون- لهداية الخلق ولبيان ما ينفعهم وما يضرهم في الدنيا والآخرة. فأما ما ينفعهم فعليهم الالتزام به، وأما ما يضرهم فيلزمهم اجتنابه؛ لكي تحصل لهم السعادة في الدنيا والآخرة، ولكى تحصل لهم الهداية والحياة الحقيقية، كما قال تعالي: (يأيها الذين استجيبوا لله وللرسول إذ دعاكم لما يحببكم) (الأنفال24)، وقال: (ما كنت تدري ما الكتاب ولا الإيمان ولكن جعلنه نورا نهدى به من نشاء من عبادنا وإنك لتهدى إلي صراط مستقيم) (الشورى52).
وهذا هو أهم مصدر من مصادر التشريع بعد كتاب الله تعالي وهو صحيح البخاري، رحمه الله تعالي. ومن المعلوم أن الأمة قد تلقت هذا الكتاب بالقبول والتسليم إلا أحرفاً يسيرة انتقدها بعض الحفاظ عليه، وهذا ليس يضير الكتاب شيئاً بل يزيد من قيمته لو أننا أنعمنا النظر.
وقد أولينا هذا الكتاب- بفضل الله تعالي- عناية كبيرة من حيث: الضبط، ومن حيث الآيات. حيث حرصنا أن يكون الكتاب كله مشكولاً شكلاً تاماً، وأن تكون آياته من المصحف بالرسم العثماني.
