الكتاب الذي بين أيدينا السيد حسن نصر الله، القيادة وفعل الإستنهاض للكاتب غسان طه، يأتي ضمن هذا السياق، حيث يستعرض في ثلاثة فصول ما يتعلّق بمفهوم القيادة وغيرها من الأمور.
ففي الفصل الأوّل والذي يحمل عنوان "القيادة: محدّدات وأنواع"، يعرض الكتاب مفهوم القيادة ويفترض لها وجود طرفين: القائد أو الزعيم الذي ينبغي على الجماعة أن تدين له بالولاء والطاعة وهو بدوره يضمن تماسها وتضامنها، والجمهور أو الشعب أو الأمّة التي تسلّم بوجود هذه القيادة وتذعن لتوجيهاتها ولأوامرها.
ثمّ يستعرض أنواع القيادة من القيادة الرئاسيّة، إلى الدينيّة وصولاً إلى القيادة الكاريزميّة، أمّا في الفصل الثاني "القيادة ومحدّدات الإستنهاض"، فيشير إلى أنّ المرحلة التاريخيّة التي انطلقت خلالها المقاومة الإسلاميّة في لبنان شكّلت مرتكزاً أساسيّاً في الإلتفاف الجماهيريّ حولها في سائر الأقطار العربيّة والإسلاميّة.
ثمّ يعرّج الكاتب لذكر محدّدات القيم، وأن فعل المقاومة بما يتضمّنه من قيم أخلاقيّة من قبيل الشجاعة والصبر والتحمّل ورفع الظلم ومساعدة المظلوم والإقدام والجرأة، ونيل العزّة والكرامة والحريّة والإيثار، يحاكي القيم ويتوازن معها، وبذلك تصبح المقاومة النموذج المحدّد للسلوك الرمزيّ والمرجعيّ في مجاراته لمنظمة القيم في النظام الإجتماعيّ السائد.
وينتقل الكاتب في فصله الثالث والأخير "القيادة والخطاب السياسي" إلى التوجّه نحو دراسة الخطاب السياسيّ للمقاومة وإستراتيجيّتها الإستنهاضيّة إنطلاقاً من كلام السيّد نصر الله نفسه والإطلاع على مضمونه.
