يتضمن هذا الأطلس المصور خرائط وصوراً وأعلام كل دول قارة أوروبا، ويشمل كذلك لوحات إعلامية ورسومات إيضاحية؛ تعطي فكرة عامة عن أهم المعالم الأثرية والحضارية والسياحية لكل دول القارة، التي تعدّ السادسة من حيث الحجم، وتغطي 7% من مساحة العالم البرية، ويقطن بها حوالي 12.5 من سكان العالم.
