-عدم المراعاة بين بعض المواد التي تم تعديلها والتي لم تعدل، (ومنها المادة 15 والمادة 16).
-الأخطاء التي وردت في البعض من مواد هذا القانون، (ومنها المادة 27 والمادة 24).
-الإختلاف في إحتساب التعويضات.
