هذه ورقات قيمة تعرّف بعلم أصول الفقه، وهي من تأليف إمام الحرمين أبي المعالي عبد الملك بن عبد الله بن يوسف الجويني (419-478هـ). وقد أبان مضامينها وأحسن تبيينها الإمام جلال الدين محمد بن أحمد بن إبراهيم المحلي المفسر (791-864هـ)، ثم جاء من بعده الإمام شرف الدين يحيى بن موسى بن رمضان العمريطي منظمها نظماً رائقاً سلساً. فحوت هذه الرسالة فوائد ونفائس تذلل صعاب هذا العلم، وتكشف خفاياه، وتمكن طالب العلم من ترسيخ الأسس التي يبني عليها كل ما يرقى بفهمه لعلوم هذه الشريعة الغراء.
