ويتحدث عن تاريخ ابن الخطاب في العهد المكي (الجاهلية والإسلام) والعهد المدني، ثم خلافته. ويتطرق إلى فتح العراق. وفتح إيران، وفتح الشام وفلسطين، وفتح مصر وليبيا. ثم يعرض النظم الحضارية في عهده، وبعض الوقفات معه رضي الله عنه؛ ليتعرف المسلم على شخصية عظيمة؛ اتسمت بالحزم والعدل.
