لم يكن يعتقد أن عمله في حراسة حدود بلاده ومهارته وتدريبه الّذي اكتسبه من عشقه للعمل في الجيش والدّفاع عن وطنه سيقوده إلى مغامرة للحصول على أحد أكبر كنوز الملك النّبي سُليمان.
في رحلة شاقة وطويلة ومليئة بالغموض والأسرار، يقوم القنّاص بجمع قطع تعود إلى آلاف السنين وفي بقاع وعوالم مختلفة... في كلّ رحلة يقوم بها ومن خلال رغبته في الحصول على الكنز الّذي وعدته به الجنّيَّة، كان عليه أن يواجه الكثير من التّحديّات والألغاز التي تدفعه إلى البحث والتّحليل والرّبط ما بين الماضي والحاضر، وإستخدام ذكائه ومهارته وحَدْسه للتّوصّل إلى حلول لتلك الألغاز، ويكتشف خلال مغامرته الكثير من المفاجآت التي لم يكن يتوقّعها، حيث تصوّر الرحلة جوانب الصّراع الأزليّ ما بين الخير والشّرّ خصوصاً بعد مقابلته لعالم الآثار، والذي كشف له الكثير من الأسرار التي لم تكن في الحسبان.
القنّاص هي رواية تقتحم أسرار المجهول وتسلّط الضّوءَ من خلال علم "الميثافيزيقيا" أو "ما وراء الطّبيعة"، على جوانب مهمّة وغامضة من سيرة الملك والنّبيّ سُلَيمان عليه السّلام، وما تخلّله عصرُه من علوم وتقنيات لم تصل إلينا ولم يتمّ إثباتُها إلاّ من خلال القليل الّذي ذُكر في الكتب السّماويّة المُقدّسة؛ وكلُّ ذلك من خلال مغامرة ممتعة تنقل القارئ من عالم الواقع إلى عالم "الغيبيّات" في تحدٍّ جريءٍ يقوم به قنّاصٌ كان يعمل في الجيش تنتهي مغامرته بصدمة تُوحي بأن لكلّ مشهد من الواقع الّذي نعيشه أبعاد أخرى لا نستطيع إدراكها.
