إن الإدارة المدرسية لم تعد مجرد (النظام) أو (الضبط والرباط)، وليست مجرد (تنفيذ) الجداول المدرسي تنفيذاً حرفياً ودخول المعلمين حصصهم في الأوقات المحددة لهم وللحصص.
ونظراً لأن الإدارة المدرسية لم تعد مجرد الواجبات التي يقوم بها ناظر المدرسة ووكلاؤها وإداريوها. وكلها أصبحت تضم كافة العاملين بالمدرسة، لأن لكل دوره في تحقيق أهدافها.

وبناءً على ذلك جاء هذا الكتاب متضمناً لست فصول ومقدمة وضم بالمراجع والمصادر الرئيسة، فالملاحق التي تم توظيفها لتحقيق أهداف الكتاب.
