ولعل من المشوق فى هذا الكتاب تناوله للتعقيدات التى تصاحب عملية التقويم، فهذه العملية ليست بالبساطة التى يتخيلها البعض، وإنما تتداخل فيها جوانب اجتماعية ونفسية (سيكولوجية) تتطلب الاستعانة بخبراء فى هذا المجال، هذا بالإضافة إلى إبراز أهمية التغذية الراجعة كمؤشر على نجاح المدرب، وكيفية الحصول على هذه التغذية، فالخط الفاصل بين العناصر الذاتية والموضوعية التى تشكل هذه التغذية قد يصعب تمييزه فى بعض الأحيان، الأمر الذى يتطلب الحرص الشديد من قبل القائمين على أمر التدريب.. إن هذا الكتاب حرى بالقراءة من قبل المهتمين بكافة أشكال التدريب، كما أنه يشكل إضافة متميزة إلى المكتبة العربية فى مجاله.
