أما عن خطة الدراسة فإنه يجدر التنبيه إلى أنني سأعترض هذا الموضوع في بابين مسبوقين بتمهيد ومختومين بخاتمة لبيان نتائج البحث وتوصيات الباحث، وذلك على النحو التالي: تمهيد "نبذة تاريخية حول نشأة القرض، وبيان المصلحة فيه" ، الباب الأول "طبيعة الإقراض المصرفي، وأنواعه" ، الباب الثاني "ضمانات الإقراض المصرفي، وآثاره، والبديل الشرعي للفوائد المصرفية الربوية" ، ثم الخاتمة ونتائج البحث وتوصيات الباحث.
