إن مرتكزات السيطرة الغربية باتت تعمل اليوم في بلدان شرقية بفاعلية كانت فيما مضى حكرًا على بلدان الغرب، ولا بد من أن نشير هنا إلى أن أبرز هذه البلدان التي تضم اليوم اليابان والبرازيل والهند هي الصين؛ فبلاد كونفوشيوس تعتمد الحركة المفتوحة والنابذة في غير مجال، كما أنها قادرة، فيما يخص الهيمنة، من أن تنافس مستقبل الغرب بغير رضاه أو بالتنسيق معه، لا ندري.
فلا شيئًا نهائيًّا فيما يتعلق بفاعلية المحركات الذهنية عند أي شعب من الشعوب. كما أنه لا حتمية في هذا المجال. الأمر يتعلق بالإرادة المصيرية عند الشعب الذي يعنيه الأمر بأن ينتقل بحركة أفكاره وممارساته من صيغة البلّاعة إلى صيغة النافورة، مع كل ما يفترض ذلك من تضحيات بعضها استراتيجي وبعضها الآخر تاريخي ومعتقدي
فمن هي، يا ترى، الشعوب التي تمتلك الشجاعة الفكرية والمادية للقيام بعملية من هذا النوع؟
