Book Description
كتاب "مدينة بنصف قلب" وهو كتاب مصوّر، ينتمي إلى الرواية الغرافيكية، اشتركت فيه الرسامة المهدي والكاتبة الكويتية بثينة العيسى.
تلعب الرسوم ذات التفاصيل - والتي تأخذ مساحات كبيرة في الكتاب - دور البطولة، بحيث تأتي النصوص بين الرسوم أحياناً كتعليقات مكثفة، وهو ما يمنح الكتاب خصوصية، لأن الرسم هنا تقريباً هو الركيزة التي يقف عليها الكتاب، وتنبني عليه القصة وليس العكس كما يشيع في الكتب المصورة.
يتناول الكتاب فكرة الخوف بشكل مختلف عن الشائع، وقد يبدو أنه كتاب للأطفال، لكنه تجربة موجهّة للجميع في الحقيقة.
