وعندما سأله سكان القرية لم ذلك الضحك ، أخبرهم قائلا بسبب عقولكم الضيقة أصبحتم فريسة سهلة فى يدي سمعت أنكم تخافون الغابة لما تعج من أشباح فدخلتها وسرت جميع دروبها وعلمت بعدم وجودها وحينها علمت بأن تلك الأشباح هى أنفسكم الخائفة ، فأتيت إليكم مقدما العون على عدو ليس له وجود سوى فى الاحلام ، ومن قبل أوهمتكم بانهم يريدون أن يحاربوكم كى أجبركم على القتال ، وأجد طريقي نحو السلطة وتكوين الاموال ، أعلمتم لم أسخر مكم الآن لأنكم أعطيتمونى الفرصة لأتحكم فيكم بشيئين الاول منهم هو جهلكم وخوفكم.
والثانى هو تفرقكم بعد وحدتكم ، فعندما تشرد إحدي الأبقار عن القطيع تكون فريسة سهلة للوحوش ، وايضا الآن لا يستطيع أحد منكم محاربتي لأن العديد يسعي لتحقيق مصالحه وتحقيقها يشترك وفائه ولا يوجد واحدا فيكم يريد أن يقدم مصلحة الكل على مصلحته.
