Book Description
يقول الإمام الحافظ أبو داود: "كتبت عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم خمس مئة ألف حديث انتخبت منها ما ضمّنته هذا الكتاب – يعني: كتاب السنن – جمعت فيه أربعة آلاف حديث وثمانمائة حديث، ذكرت الصحيح وما يشبهه ويقاربه ..." إلى آخر القول. وبناءً على هذا الحديث فإن "كتاب السنن" لأبي داود – وهو ما يجمع عليه العلماء – كتاب شريف لم يصنف في علم الدين كتاب مثله، وقد رزق القبول من كافة الناس، على اختلاف مذاهبهم، فصار حكماً بين فرق العلماء، وطبقات الفقهاء، فلكل فيه وِرْدٌ ومنه شِرْب؛ وعليه معول أهل العراق ومصر وبلاد المغرب، وكثير من مدن أقطار الأرض ... وقال أبو داود: ما ذكرت في كتابي حديثاً اجتمع الناس على تركه.
وبالإستناد إلى ما تقدم سيجد القارىء لهذا الكتاب نسخة مصورة من مخطوط سنن أبي داود بخط الإمام إبن حجر العسقلاني نفسه أي نسخة عن الأصل الخطي الموجود في مكتبة كوبرلي في اسطنبول، تحت رقم (294/2) ، وعدد أوراقها (327) ورقة، بما فيها كتاب "المراسيل" وعدد أوراقه ثلاثون ورقة، وكلها كُتبت بخط فارسي جميل، وكتاب المراسيل – كما يذكر العلماء – كتاب عظيم في بابه لم يُفره أحد بالتأليف، ضم بين دفتيه أربعاً وأربعين وخمس مئة حديث مرسل، مرتبة على الأبواب، وغالبها مما صح إسناده إلى مرسله ...
ويأتي ترتيب "المراسيل" من حيث الحجية والإستدلال بعد كتابه "السنن" الذي جمع فيه شمل أحاديث الأحكام ورتبها أحسن ترتيب، وانتقاها أحسن انتقاء من مروياته الكثيرة التي بلغت خمسمائة ألف حديث، فيما ذكر راويته أبو بكر بن داسة عنه.
تأتي أهمية هذا الكتاب من كونه مرجعاً للفقيه، يعتمد نصوصه، ويستنبط منها، ويفتي بموجبها إذا لم يَرِدْ في المسألة التي هو آخذ بسبيلها حديث صحيح متصل، فأبي داود – يرى – تبعاً لشيخه الإمام أحمد – الإحتجاج بالمرسل إذا لم يكن في الباب أثبت منه، ويرجحه على القياس . فقد جاء في رسالته إلى أهل مكة: فإذا لم يكن مسندٌ ضد المراسيل، ولم يوجد المسندُ، فالمرسل يُحتَجٌ به، وليس هو مثل المتصل في القوة.
