فى هذا الكتاب نتناول التعديل التشريعى بموجب القانون رقم 18 لسنة 1999 تعديل قواعد الاختصاص القيمى، واستبدال بعض مواد قانون المرافعات بنصوص أخرى وتقصير مواعيد بعض الإجراءات أو الجزاءات الإجرائية، ومضاعفة قيمة الغرامات الواردة فى بعض مواد قانون المرافعات، وأخيرا نص التعديل على إحالة الدعاوى التى أصبحت من اختصاص محاكم أخرى وتاريخ سريان القانون رقم 18 لسنة 1999، وسوف نتناول فى هذا البحث شرح كل ما تناوله التعديل التشريعى وعليه نقسم هذا البحث إلى أربعة فصول وخاتمة.
الفصل الأول: تعديل قواعد الاختصاص القيمى. الفصل الثانى: استبدال بعض مواد قانون المرافعات بنصوص أخرى، الفصل الثالث: تقصير مواعيد بعض اجراءات أو الجزاءات الإجرائية، الفصل الرابع: مضاعفة قيمة الغرامات الواردة فى بعض مواد قانون المرافعات، خاتمة: فى الاحالة وتاريخ سريان القانون رقم 18 لسنة 1999.
