كانت مجازفة عفوية .. أن يسرق الحقيبة .. هي كذلك ، وليست فعلاً أصيلاً ، مجازفة أملتها الوقائع الحياتية لحالته الهامشية منذ أن سقط في هذا الوجود . فكانت سرقة الحقيبة بالنسبة إليه ، مجازفة لا تهدف إلى شيء خارجي ومادي ، بل إلى شيء أشبه بالتقرب من كينونته ... يواجه من خلالها خوفه الداخلي ، ومن هم أعلى منه في السلم الوظيفي والحياتي يثبت من خلالها أنه انتصر ... تلك هي حكاية حقيبة عسكر .
