وبهذا الإتجاه، فقد اشترك "تشاتم هاوي"، وبرنامج الأبحاث الإقتصادية والمالية الدولية، في إنجاز مشروع، تم من خلاله – عبر مقاربة متعددة الأبعاد والتخصصات – تفحّص النظام الراهن بشكل دقيق، واستشراف سبل التقدم إلى الأمام مستقبلاً؛ والهدف هو سد الثغرات التي اتسمت بها النقاشات التي تدور حول النظام النقدي والمبادىء التي يستند إليها عمل عدد من الإختصاصيين الذين يشكلون الفريق العامل في هذا المشروع للتوصل إلى حلول يمكن أن تساهم في التخفيف من وطأ الأزمة النقدية الراهنة.
