لقد أصبح التأمّل جزءاً في حياتي اليومية لا لشيء إلاّ أنّني وجدت فيه راحة لنفسي وسلاماً معها، وأخبرت بأنّ هناك رحلات للتأمّل مرتين سنوياً واحدة في أكسفورد والثانية في الهند، ووضعت ضمن أهدافي للسنة الماضية رحلة التأمّل إلى الهند ومع إزدحام جدول أعمالي وخوفي بألاّ يُسعفني المجال أن التحق بهذه الرحلة إلا أنّ إصراري وطموحي جعلني أرى نفسي من بين مرتاديها.
لقد سمعت عنها أشياء جميلة مبُهرة تخص التأمّل وجمال المكان والطبيعة وخصوصّاً أنّني أحسست بالحاجة الماسّة لهذه الرحلة والإبتعاد عن المشاغل الروتينية والتي أفسدت بعضاً من الخصائص الجميلة لدي وجعلتني أركض ولا أتخيّل متى سوف أتوقف، فكانت رحلة سلام مع نفسي أحببت أن أدوّنها ليس فقط في ذاكرتي لجمالها وإنّما في كتاب يعكس مدى الإستفادة منها ومن كلّ المواقف التي صادفتني فيها، حقّاً إنها رحلة العمر الثانية بعد رحلة الحج الأولى لمصالحة النفس والإلتصاق بالله سبحانه وتعالى في هدوء وطمأنينة وروحانية ولا أجمل منها على أرض الوجود، تعالوا معي لنرى تفاصيل هذه الرحلة التي سمّيتها رحلة سلام، حقّاً إنّها رحلة سلام ممتعة!!...
