كانت بدايته في الإخراج، مساعد للمخرج، ثم مخرج مساعد ثم مخرج، وكان أول عمل درامي من إخراجة مسلسل "الزيارة"، وقام بإخراج العديد من الأعمال التلفزيونية الناجحة، ومن أبرزها مسلسل "عفوا سيدي الوالد"، وشاركت مسلسلاته التي اخرجها في عدة مهرجانات عربية، وحازت على عدة جوائزة منها مهرجان المغرب العربي، ومهرجان القاهرة للإذاعة والتلفزيون·

يبحث هذا الكتاب في ستة عناصر أو مكونات أو أبعاد رئيسية في عملية التغيير على المستوى الشخصي للأفراد.
يساعد هذا الكتاب في إحداث تغيير عند الأشخاص الراغبين في التغيير ويضع أمامهم خطة يمكن تسميتها بـ "سداسي التغيير" أو "الميمات الستة" ويتناولها بالتفصيل وهي: 1- موضوع التغيير: مثل قواعد التغيير ومستلزماته وخطواته... الخ. 2- المغير: وهو الذي يطالب بالعملية التغييرية، وينادى بها... 3- المؤيد: وهو الذي يؤيد العملية التغييرية ، ويطالب بها. 4- المحايد: وهو الذي لم يشكل رأياً أو يتبنى موقفاً واضحاً تجاه العملية التغييرية. 5- المقاوم: وهو الذي يرفض العملية التغييرية ويسعى إلى إفشالها والقضاء عليها. 6- مقاومة التغيير: وهي الممارسات التي يمكن أن يمارسها قادة التغيير ومؤيدوه لترويض المقاومة أو إجهاضها والقضاء عليها.
ما يميز هذا العمل أنه يتضمن تمرينات عملية واقعية، يمكن أن تساعد في تغيير حياة كثير من الأشخاص إذا ما امتلكوا إرادة التغيير.
لقد اثبت التاريخ أنّ الإنسان لا يمكن له ان يقيم حضارة او يصنع مستقبلاً ما لم يغيّر في نفسه إبتداءاً، ثمّ يسير جاداً في طريق التغيير حتى يغير مَن وما حوله، وعندها سيجني الشهد، وإن لم يفعل ذلك فما له غير العلقم والحنظل.
