تمضي السنون يمضي معها العمر، وتمر الليالي والأيام ونحن في سُبات عميق لا ندري ماذا سيحل بنا فحالنا أشبه بزورق في وسط البحر تعطل مجدافه وتأتيه الريح من كل حدب وصوب وتتلاطم عليه الأمواج هنا وهناك ننتظر من يوصلنا إلى برّ الأمان.
كم سنة نعيش؟ خمسون؟ خمسون-ستون أو ثمانون ولا نعرف من نحن؟ فجهلنا لأنفسنا هو من أخطر أنواع الجهل ولكي نصل إلى شاطئ الأمان نحتاج الى عدة خطوات:
1- الانتباه واليقظة: لكي تصل السفينة بأمان وسلام ينبغي على الربان أن يكون في حالة انتباه تام هكذا المؤمن يجب أن يستيقظ من غفلته قبل أن يوقظه ملك الموت.
2- العلم والمعرفة: يحتاج الربان حتى يصل بأمان للخريطة التي توضح له طريق الوصول فبدون الخريطة يضيع ويضيّع معه الركاب، فبناء الذات تحتاج إلى خريطة توضح للإنسان طريق الحق وطريق الباطل فيسلك الأولى ويتجنب الثانية.
3- الوقود: رحلة السفينة ووصولها تحتاج إلى التزود بالوقود اللازم، ألا تحتاج النفس الإنسانية إلى الوقود حتى تستمد الطاقة اللازمة الكافية لبنائها بناءً سليماً؟
هذه الخطوات ستجدونها في هذا الكتاب الذي بين يديكم ويوصلكم الى بر الأمان.
