لم يعد هناك مكانٌ للهرب، فالعالم قد تحول لسجنٍ كبير ممتلئ عن آخره بالموت والدمار والنيران..
أسمع صوت الأقدام وهي تهرول نحوي لم يعد هناك داعٍ للاختباء, فلا أحد يهرب من مصيره, القدر يخدعنا دائمًا ويجعلنا نظن أنّنا قد غيرناه، وأنَّنا صنعنا قدرنا الحقيقي ولكن في النهاية يبتسم ساخرًا من وضعنا المُزريّ.
أستطيع رؤيتهم يقتربون.
لا أعتقد أنّهم يعرفون مَن أنا , استنشقوا رائحة الدماء فجاءوا راكضين.
الهواء خانق هذه الليلة و السماء حمراء أكثر من اللازم.
ليلة مناسبة للموت, أنظر الى القمر المحطم, أشعر بالحصار و انغلاق الدائرة من حولي.
يشبهوننا من الخارج , لقد كَوّن (العاصي) جنوده من العصابات المشتتة في أرجاء الأرض بعد نهاية العالم مع بعضٍ من رمادهِ السحري , الظلام يغلفهم , يركضون أحيانًا على أربع كالكلاب أوعلى أثنين كالشياطين , أعينهم سوداء , أجسادهم تبدو من بعيد كأنّها محطّمة من الخارج, لديهم فتحتيّ تنفس يستخدمونها لمعرفة مدى قرب رائحة الدماء منهم , لعابهم يتساقط طيلة الوقت ويترك خلفه أثارًا حارقة كالحمض , وهناك ضحكة الضباع التي يطلقونها قبل الهجوم.
جنودًا صنعت لجعل الموت قانونًا يسري بين البشر ويسعى لنشر الفوضي كدينٍ جديد في عالمنا بعد غياب الأديان المزعومة منذ نهاية المعركة التي أدت مباشرةً إلى المحرقة..
