البحر يبدل قمصانه! مجموعة شعرية للشاعرة عائشة السيفي تحمل في مضامينها أبعاداً إنسانية واجتماعية ونفسية، هي بمثابة ألم نشب في قلب الشاعرة من جراء الحروب والكوارث، فجاءت قصائدها على شكل لوحات ملونة ضمن فضاءات معبرة.
في القصيدة الموسومة بـ"الذي لا يشبه أحداً... يموت!: تقول الشاعرة: "لا أشبه أحداً... إلا صوت المحرومين على الأرض .../وفي الأروقة الخلفية../لا أشبه أحداً إلا دمعي المسكوب على أرصفة الطرقات../ودمعي المسكوب على أرصفة الطرقات/كقلبي../لا يصلح إلا للحزن/وأشيا أخرى.(...)/لا أشبه أحداً لا أشبه... إلا قاتلي المأجور من السلطات/ولون دَميْ!".
بهذا الخطاب، تُكوِّن عائشة السفي قاموسها اللغوي فقي مشجبها الشعري، لكي توثق نصوصها ومفارقاتها التي تميزها عن غيرها، إنها تطلق نصوصها على سجيتها منسابة رقراقة، فجاءت مشحونة بطاقات لغوية كبيرة لتعكس هموم الإنسان المعاصر في أكثر الأوقات حرجاً...
يضمّ الكتاب خمسة عشر قصيدة تنتمي لقصيدة النثر كُتبت بين الأعوام (2006-2010) وجاءت تحت العناوين الآتية: "ما يشبه حزناً مريمياً"، "عن صديقٍ ضلوعه الطريق!"، "بكائية أخيرة لمنفى من نسيان!"، "بكائياتٌ على جسد الليل"، "العائد من الذاكرة!" (...) وقصائد أخرى.
