هذه أعمال تمّت في مجال فهم توجّهات الشريعة الإسلامية الغرّاء في المجال الإقتصادي وهي تبدأ بدروس حاول الكاتب فيها تلخيص أفكار الإمام "محمد باقر الصدر" بشكل دروس قدّم فيها بعض التوضيحات اللازمة، وهي تتناول نقداً للمذهبين الإشتراكي والرأسمالي أولاً، ثم محاولة لإكتشاف المذهب الإقتصادي الإسلامي من خلال الأحكام والمفاهيم وسلوك القادة، وقد استوعب هذا التخليص الجزء الأول بكامله.
أما الجزء الثاني فهو في الواقع يحاول إعطاء صور أكثر تفصيلاً للحياة الإقتصادية في ظل الإسلام، كما يلقي الضوء على بعض الأحكام الإقتصادية والمسائل المستحدثة وأدلّتها الفقهية، في حين يركز في الخاتمة على بعض الأمور المرتبطة بالأطروحة الإسلامية للبنوك بما يتناسب وأحكام الشريعة ويحقق التسهيلات والخدمات التي تقدمها البنوك التقليدية.
