وقد استطعت بحمد الله ان اعثر على هذه الحلقة المفقودة ففي هذا القسم صحبت رجال هذه الحلقة الذين أسسوا بنيان النحو العربي بما قدموا من دراسات وبما أقموا من بحوث وبما شيدوا من أسس.
أجل كانت صحبتي لهؤلاء الرجال عسيرة شاقة فما كتب عنهم في كتب التراجم والطبقات لا يشفى إليلا ولا يبل صدى ولكن طول المصاحبة للنصوص المتناثرة في المراجع العربية قدم لي مادة حية نسجت منها الخطوط العريضة لرجال هذه الحلقة وكانت سعادتي غامرة لأني وقفت علم ما لم يق عليه غيري بهذا العمل المتواضع
